Products & Capabilities

  • What products do you specialize in?

    We specialize in precision machined parts, metal stamping parts, castings, forgings and wire forming parts. Our products are widely used in automotive, construction, industrial equipment, energy, and general engineering applications.

  • What materials can you work with?

    We work with a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, ductile iron, and gray iron.

  • Do you produce according to drawings or samples?

    Yes, we mainly manufacture customized parts strictly according to customer drawings or samples. Both 2D drawings and 3D files (STEP, IGES, X_T, etc.) are acceptable.

  • What manufacturing processes do you offer?

    Our main processes include CNC machining, stamping, sand casting, investment casting, die casting, forging, heat treatment, and various surface treatments.

Quality Control

  • How do you ensure product quality?

    We have a complete quality management system covering incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection. All products are inspected according to drawings and customer requirements.

  • Are you ISO certified?

    Yes, our factory is ISO 9001 certified. Other certifications can be provided upon request if required by the project.

  • Can you provide inspection reports?

    Yes, we can provide dimensional inspection reports, material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), hardness reports, and other test reports as required.

  • Do you offer PPAP or FAI?

    Yes, PPAP and First Article Inspection (FAI) can be provided upon customer request.

Samples & Lead Time

  • Can you provide samples before mass production?

    Yes, samples are available for approval before mass production. Sample lead time depends on product complexity and process.

  • What is your typical lead time?

    Sample lead time is usually 2–4 weeks. Mass production lead time is normally 4–8 weeks, depending on order quantity and manufacturing process.

  • Can you handle urgent orders?

    Yes, for urgent projects, we can adjust production schedules to meet shorter delivery times whenever possible.

Pricing & Payment

  • How do you calculate pricing?

    Pricing is based on material, manufacturing process, machining time, tooling cost (if any), surface treatment, quantity, and quality requirements.

  • Do you charge tooling or mold costs?

    Tooling or mold costs may apply for stamping, casting, or forging parts. Tooling ownership and amortization can be discussed case by case.

  • What payment terms do you accept?

    Common payment terms include T/T, with 30% deposit and balance before shipment for air shipment or against B/L copy for sea shipment. Other terms can be discussed depending on cooperation history.

Packing & Logistics

  • How are the products packed?

    Products are packed according to customer requirements, typically using plastic bags, cartons, pallets, or plywood cases to ensure safe transportation.

  • Do you support international shipping?

    Yes, we have extensive experience in exporting to Europe, North America, and other regions. We can arrange EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, or DDP shipments.

  • Can you provide export documents?

    Yes, we provide complete export documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and other required documents.

  • How do you communicate during the project?

    We provide clear and timely communication throughout the project, including technical confirmation, production updates, and shipment status.

  • How do you handle quality issues or complaints?

    If any quality issue occurs, we will conduct root cause analysis and provide corrective actions promptly. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
